Perched high above the Pacific Ocean on the Central Oregon Coast, ten miles North of the City of Florence and  sixty miles West of Eugene.  Located almost exactly at the midpoint of U.S. Highway 101 in Oregon (designated a Scenic Byway for its entire length) this parcel is the dividing line between towering basalt headlands to the North and white sand beaches with wind-swept dunes to the South.  No other home site in Oregon offers this divergent view of the coastline from one place.
